"Good company to have on your side, but watch those price hikes! Inflation.. makes sense, but being a loyal customer for years, you would think they would provide a discount to keep payments the same.? Dropped them and went to a new company. Lower rates for the exact same coverage! Also, new company was able to give more discounts with driving app! When discussing refund amout, I was provided a quote a lot higher than what was actually given. Guess I'm not the only one bad at math.. Will review documents that lay out "the plan", but won't be going back.. 2 stars because when they provided good rates, they were exceptional and very helpful! Guess miscommunication was due to us dropping them I guess.."

"Overall, I’m just not happy with this agency. I feel as if it’s a hassle when I call in. I double checked on teen driving programs and was told they didn’t know of any and then come to find out due to my own research that Statefarm literally sponsors the Road Ready app. Are they not up to date with company happenings or what?! On another note, I had an issue with my drive safe and save device and was told to call the 1800# and then when I did the rep asked if I spoke with the agency about it because they could have easily handled my concern so instead of the agency helping me, I was sent to customer service to wait on hold for 20 minutes. Poor customer service in my opinion."
